Hi, I’m Tracy.

I own Web Renew LLC. I make planner apps, and I create picture books under the name T. A. Witz.

For most of my working life, I ran commercial printing presses. Every job had to match the customer’s colors, line up, and be counted and packaged correctly.

I went back to school for web design and development and graduated from Moraine Park Technical College in December 2023.

I wanted planners that are easy to use on a phone or a computer, where your information stays in your own account. My first picture book follows Tobby, a pup on a fall harvest adventure, and I am working on more stories for little readers.

How I use AI to build digital products

I use AI tools in my work, and I want you to know where.

• Planner apps: Claude, an AI assistant, wrote the code and drew the illustrations for my planner apps, based on my directions. I tested each planner myself, found problems and had them fixed, and checked the code with free online tools. The setup guides come from my own testing, with Claude helping me put them into words.
• Websites and website templates: my website templates start from websites I hand-coded myself in HTML and CSS for my web design classes. I then used Claude, an AI assistant, to help make them better for the people who use them: search (SEO and AI search), speed, page flow, design and cleaner code. I plan the pages, and I review and test every change.
• Books: the pictures in my books are made with Adobe Firefly, an AI image tool, and I fix details by hand in Photoshop. The story text was written with help from Claude, an AI assistant. I choose the pictures and words, and I type and lay out the pages myself in BookBolt.
• Writing: Claude helps me draft and edit text, such as listings, setup guides and website pages. I read and change it so it says what I mean.

I find AI to be a great resource tool. As a one-person business, it helps me work faster and catch errors.
